This year we were given a real Guild house! The house was everything we could have wanted - and more. A roof, a wooden floor, a storeroom, even our own privy! And the weather was fantastic. (Thank you, La Nina!)
This was the Festival's 11th season, and the fabulous weather helped shatter the old attendance record. Over the eight-weekend run, more than 250,000 patrons attended the Festival and had the chance to meet our greyhound ambassa-dogs and their owners.

The new Guild house filled with people, with more standing outside
to admire the hounds! |

Some of the Guild members pose with their hounds in the Guild house. |

Even the Festival’s entertainers enjoy the hounds. |
|
|
Some of the hounds are very interested in the turkey leg a Guild member
is munching. |

The hounds demonstrate the fine art of holding down a rug in the Guild
house. This is something at which greyhounds are very skilled. |

What a tolerant hound to wear a dragon mask to amuse the patrons. |
