1998 was the year we became officially known as the Greyhound Guild. But that wasn't the only change. It was also the year we redesigned our kennel-like booth to be a country estate, with rugs for the hounds to lounge on, real chairs for the humans -- and no more straw! Unfortunately, it was also the first year we had really bad weather at the Festival, thanks to El Nino. But the humans and hounds bundled up and endured, and it turned out to be the best year we ever had!
